Billard Learning Centre is an innovative learning facility located at Billard Aboriginal Community, approximately 2kms from Beagle Bay Aboriginal Community on the central Dampier Peninsula in the remote north-west Kimberley region of Western Australia.
The goal of Billard Learning Centre is to encourage lifelong learning.

Billard Learning Centre was proudly built in 2009 by members of the Billard Aboriginal Community and the sheer hard work and dedication of an external technical crew from NSW (Michael Carson, Trent Woodleigh and Zen Joyce) with a grant of $45,000 from the Australian Government (FaHCSIA) and the vital support of Kullarri Regional CDEP (KRCI).
